There have recently been reports of strange goings on out in the zones - bodies found drained of blood, alien sightings & psionic powers are just the half of it...

Shortly after these events were reportrd, a group of "suits" turns up and begin rigorous investigations into these paranormal happenings.

They are outside the government, beyond the police and not on any corporate list or payroll - untouchable, they come and go as they please.

Notes on gameplay: Investigators can handle themselves pretty well in low intensity situations, but they aren't equipped for prolonged firefights or assaults so think about how you are deploying them. Also, whilst not part of the police, etc they are often seen working with the "Authorities" and so backup in the form of SWAT teams or police would seem reasonable if the situation calls for it. (I.e. Predator hunting, etc) That isn't to say that they always have to side with the authorities - quite often in fact the authorities will make good opponents as they each try to capture alien technology, etc.
